Returning to the city that hosted a Billy Graham Crusade 23 years ago, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association found a community eager to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Moved by Franklin Graham's Gospel messages and prompted by the Holy Spirit, more than 2,700 people came forward to make decisions for Christ at the three-day Festival of Hope.
