Impact Band celebrates today, 10 August, 11-year career. Because we like to fondly remember the troops that have marked our childhood and youth, we are taking today a foray into the history of the band and sing along to `` Soap 'Blame It On The Sun'.
Impact was born in Timisoara, in 1999, in the minds of two children with big dreams and bold plans for the future. Before this name was Rares Timis singer who is looking through a casting held at the radio where he worked.
It was not just a safari, but no it was not easy. Who would take the bull by the horns, Funny Cristina was left expected, being the last to close in front of an exasperated by Rares previous vocals.
Once established component of the new troops began hunting the name as expressive, more powerful and potentially great.
After days of searching, the solution came from someone outside the project, but very close: Cristina's mother. Thus, the circle was complete, and the name of Impact in the forehead, the two felt bold way to open what he had proposed: an impact and long-lasting career.
So that was very far from Bucharest, Timisoara, "magical realm of all possibilities, the two have thought that once formed the band will need a good sound to be noticed, and so began their first collaboration with a sound studio and DJ Phantom.

“De cand am schimbat formula Impact şi am început colaborarea cu Moving Elements, am avut o explozie de entuziasm şi de inspiraţie care s-a concretizat în crearea unui întreg album. Din moment ce avem o avalanşă de piese bune, ne-am propus să nu le ţinem la sertar, acum existând şi posibiliatea promovării online. Desi aceasta piesa nu a fost lansata ca fiind un single, publicul a decis ca merita sa fie promovata. In plus, Today a intrat deja in difuzare pe numeroase posturi de radio si in momentul de fata se afla chiar pe pozitii inbcurajatore in topurile radio.” spune Mayer, Impact

Dupa ce au facut cunoscute publicului piesele `Today` si `Like A Child`, Impact vs Moving Elements anunta lansarea single-ului `Believer`.
Cele trei melodii fac parte din campania '6 in 3', prin care trupa Impact alaturi de Moving Elements isi propun sa lanseze cate o piesa noua la un interval de doua saptamani.
`Ne bucuram ca 6in3 nu a trecut neobservata ci dimpotriva, se bucura de un succes neasteptat. Foarte multi oameni de specialitate au rezonat pozitiv la aceasta campanie, iar Today, prima piesa lansata prin intermediul acestei campanii, se bucura de sustinerea puternica a multor radiouri din tara`, povesteste Mayer, unul din membrii Impact.
Believer este cea de-a treia piesa lansata in cadrul campaniei si este in perfecta rezonanta cu sloganul acesteia, `Think Positive`.
Cu un sound progressive si in perfecta concordanta cu serile de toamna, mesajul piesei este plin de optimism si de pofta de viata:n|
`Treceam printr-o dezamagire personala cand am scris versurile si cred ca multe persoane se pot regasi in mesajul piesei – sa crezi in tine! Este poate cel mai frumos cadou pe care cineva si-l poate oferi`, spune Cristina.
`Piesa Believer se adreseaza celor care nu se dau batuti, care isi pastreaza speranta chiar si in cele mai grele momente`, a adaugat solista trupei Impact.
Dupa succesul inregistrat cu single-ul Blame It On The Sun, Impact si Moving Elements anunta lansarea unei noi piese: Today.

Trupa Impact implineste astazi, 10 august, 11 ani de cariera. Pentru ca ne place sa ne amintim cu drag de trupele care ne-au marcat copilaria si tineretea, facem astazi o incursiune in istoria formatiei si fredonam de la `Sapun` pana la `Blame It On The Sun`.
Impact s-a nascut la Timisoara, in 1999, in mintea a doi copii cu vise marete si planuri de viitor indraznete. Inainte de acest nume, a fost Rares Timis care isi cauta solista printr-un casting organizat la sediul radioului unde lucra.
N-a fost tocmai un safari, dar nici usor n-a fost. Cea care avea sa ia taurul de coarne, Cristina Haios, s-a lasat asteptata, fiind ultima care s-a prezentat in fata unui Rares aproape exasperat de vocalizele anterioare.n|
Odata stabilita componenta noii trupe, a inceput vanatoarea de nume cat mai expresive, cat mai puternice si eventual marete.
Dupa zile de cautari, solutia a venit de la o persoana in afara proiectului, dar extrem de apropiata: mama Cristinei. Astfel, cercul era complet, iar cu numele Impact in frunte, cei doi temerari au simtit calea deschisa catre ceea ce isi propusesera: o cariera de impact si longeviva.
Pentru ca Timisoara era foarte departe de Bucuresti, "taramul magic al tuturor posibilitatilor", cei doi s-au gandit ca, odata formata trupa, vor avea nevoie de un sound foarte bun pentru a fi remarcati, si astfel a inceput prima lor colaborare cu un studio de sunet si cu DJ Phantom.
A urmat costisitorul si extenuantul du-te vino intre Bucuresti si Timisoara, apoi semnarea primului contract cu o casa de discuri.
Impact urma sa devina unul din pionierii muzicii house din Romania.
Dupa ce au lansat versiunea karaoke a single-ului "Blame It On The Sun" si compilatia "Mix The Remixes", Cristina, Mayer, Rares si Tudor lanseaza exclusiv pentru publicul activ online doua versiuni "rework" ale aceluiasi "Blame It On The Sun", versiuni care pot fi downloadate GRATUIT.
"Aceste doua "rework-uri" au fost realizate impreuna cu SugarDaddys, un proiect nou in peisajul muzical autohton, dar care promite foarte multe si despre care se va auzi foarte des, cu siguranta.
